Our office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am - 2:00 pm on Friday. Your coordinator will have all documents ready and be available at the beginning of your day as well as a scheduled time prior to leaving. If you need to see the principal investigator, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to make this arrangement. It is helpful to confirm your appointment in writing, and we ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible in the event there are changes in schedule. A follow-up letter with a summary of your findings and your feedback is helpful for us to clearly understand the findings and meet future expectations. It is our sincere desire to make your visit as pleasant and efficient as possible. We have three designated, spacious monitor rooms. As well, we have high-speed/wireless Internet, telephones, a copier, a fax machine, and convenient free parking.
